A pianist from Taiwan, born in 2001. He is currently pursuing his master’s degree at the Jacobs School of Music, Indiana University Bloomington, under the guidance of Professor Norman Krieger. He began piano studies at the age of five with Chia-Chen Liang and later completed his undergraduate degree at National Taiwan Normal University under Professor Hsing-Chwen Hsin. Lin has earned numerous awards, including Second Prize at the Philadelphia International Piano Competition (USA), Third Prize at the 70th Maria Canals Piano Competition (Spain), the Bronze Medal at the Wideman Piano Competition (USA), Third Prize at the 4th Amadeus Piano Competition (Italy), and a Special Prize at the 12th Euregio Piano Award (Germany). He has appeared at major international festivals such as the Coimbra World Piano Meeting (2017), the International Taipei Maestro Piano Festival (2018), the Philadelphia Young Pianists’ Academy (2022), and the Maestro Piano Festival (2024). Lin has also performed concertos with the Barcelona Youth Symphony Orchestra, the Taipei Symphony Orchestra, and the National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra. He has further refined his artistry through masterclasses with distinguished pianists including András Schiff, Victor Rosenbaum, Stephen Hough, Xin Wang, and George Li.

SPECIAL PRIZES:
